What products do you provide?

Porcelain Fused to Zirconia, Full Contour Zirconia, All Ceramic, Implants, Bridges, Porcelain Fused to Metal, Veneers and more. We accept all forms of digital impressions and pride ourselves on a smooth workflow.
Do you accept digital scans?

Yes, we accept digital scans from many different scanners! We accept scans from ITero, 3shape, Trios, Dentsply Sirona, Medit, and Carestream. Please give us a call if you have any questions regarding digital cases!
Do you fabricate dentures and partials?

No, we do not fabricate dentures or partials.
What is your turn around time?

Turn around time can vary depending on the material/type of crown. Digital crowns are a one to three day turn around. Any other crowns that need models will take about 10 days or less, while implant cases can take anywhere from two to three weeks if parts need to be ordered.

Where are you located?

Isbill Dental Lab is located at 1025 Shadix Industrial Way, Douglasville, Georgia.
Where do you deliver locally?

We have two local routes that our driver completes Monday- Thursday. If you're unsure if we deliver to you locally, please call our office at 770-949-5072. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we can ship your cases through UPS. To request UPS Labels, click the CONTACT tab above.
Where can I find RX Forms?

Our RX Form is available to print and fill out on the CONTACT tab. If you'd prefer physical lab scripts, you may request them on the CONTACT tab or call the office at 770-949-5072.
How can I request UPS Shipping Labels?

Go to the CONTACT tab above to request UPS Labels. We can ship, fax or email them to you. You may also call our office at 770-949-5072 to request labels.
Can I request shipping boxes?

How should I pack the order?

We recommend to pack your impressions and models using bubble wrap, foam, or any soft/cushioning material.
